Delmonico's
There are many great restaurants in Las Vegas. However, there is really only one that gives really great food and a decor that is extremely comfortable for a sophisticated business meeting - Delmonico Steakhouse. First and foremost, this is a steakhouse. The steaks are the best I have ever had! The wine list is superb. In other words - the food is worth the trip. It is also one of the best sophisticated business restaurants I have ever been to. The tables are far apart, and the service is exceptional. The only problem about this restaurant is that it is almost impossible to get reservations on a short notice, but if you can - it is well worth it.
