At first glance, this would not be a place I would take an executive. The block is old and has more than a couple of bars on it. It is old world Baltimore that is now in transition. Go upstairs to the dining room and it will be a bit more quiet and accommodating for the executive. The tables are somewhat close but not intrusive. The food on the other hand is excellent. This is where you can get outstanding fish at reasonable prices and you will not break the expense account. The service was better than I anticipated for the décor. It was attentive and knowledgeable. Not a high end place but a good solid one.
