The Prime Rib – Hanover

The Prime Rib in Hanover, MD is somewhat like the one in Washington DC, but a bit more unusual. It is still a member of a chain steakhouse but it is located in a casino. The Maryland Live! Casino is a very popular place just south of the city of Baltimore. The reason I have reviewed this restaurant is that is strategically located between Baltimore and Washington DC and is a restaurant designed for the business executive. You do not have to walk through the casino to enter the restaurant, so there is no fear of potentially embarrassing your client. The bar area is very large with bartenders who know what they are doing. The main dining room is large and very accommodating to business meals. The restaurant has a high end look to it and the food is acceptable for a business dinner.
