Maryland around the Baltimore area is a vacuum for business centered restaurants. Tersiguel’s is OK and tries hard. As a chef focused restaurant this place is Country French. The food is somewhat dated and the presentations are a bit tired, however, it is a good place for a business meal that caters to business clientele.
