Double Eagle is expensive, but they cater to the executive and not just the tourist like so many other steak houses. Double Eagle is off the strip; so those that go there are there for the food, service and décor of a truly comfortable steak house. The bar is a warm and inviting place with superior bartenders. There is a piano player and singer that make the experience even warmer. Even the valet for the cars is extremely friendly, and if you dine here more than once, he will recognize you. What makes this restaurant exceptional is the management staff. The Manager will visit every table and ensure that things are correct. If not, they are corrected immediately.
